MegaForce’s core business is to provide contract, contract to hire and permanent technical people to our clients. We provide our clients with people, not resumes. We make hiring a productive, financially sound and pleasant experience.  Our hiring process is one of the most comprehensive in this industry, yet we are still able to respond quickly to the needs of our clients. Ask your current IT Staffing provider what process they are following to bring you candidates for your open positions. Ask to see the documentation of what they’ve done. You’ll be shocked at how little they are doing for you.

Here is an overview of the process MegaForce follows to bring the right candidates to our clients.

SOURCE

Candidates are sourced via referrals, our databases, networking, job boards, etc.

SCREEN

Basic information is gathered from the Candidate regarding background, eligibility, skills, etc.

INTERVIEW

An extensive interview is conducted (in person for all local candidates), covering and validating Candidate’s job history, resume, technical skills and experience, behavioral traits, career goals and other pertinent information.  Candidates meet with a MegaForce recruiter, Account Manager and member of the MegaForce management team.

SIGN

Before a candidate is presented to a client, he or she signs a MegaForce Pre-Interview Agreement, which verifies the client and position the candidate will be presented for, the agreed-to compensation and MegaForce’s exclusive right to represent the candidate for that position.

VERIFY

Before a Candidate is presented to a client, he or she will complete technical skills tests, we check at least 3 professional references and we verify any higher educational degrees or professional certifications.  Before a candidate starts at a client, his or her criminal background check using the Social Security number trace method is completed by our provider.

PREPARE

We present our candidates to our clients with clear, concise and easy to read presentation documents which include a formatted resume, technical test scores and reference checks.

FINISH

After they are accepted by our clients, all candidates sign an Employment Agreement, covering all legal, compensatory and intellectual property issues.

Our Account Managers see every one of our clients and in-the field associates on a weekly basis to facilitate a successful engagement. Our recruiting staff regularly follows-up with candidates who have not yet been placed at one of our clients and can move quickly when a need arises.
