Most don't ever meet the candidate in person. Our approach to staffing includes one of the most comprehensive screening and qualification process in the industry.

MegaForce has embraced technology to give our clients access to the best people on a national level. We incorporated our 20-plus years of candidate data with a web-based CRM tool that lets us keep track of and quickly access the people within our database. We continuously search for new candidates through job boards, blogs and social networking sites.
We have also worked to fulfill our obligations to our community and have established an endowed scholarship at KU in the name of our founder, Max Thayer.
